I’ve been doing the CollegeHumor picture sweep all day and I’ve seen my fair share of Phantom and Gale Beggy costumes. But this dude went above and beyond with a very accurate Steven Baker. If I had to find fault in his costume it would be that he’s eating Cheetos brand cheese snacks. We all know the real Steven only eats off-brand snacks.
